GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, EU 2016/679) is the unified data protection legislation of the European Union, effective from 25 May 2018. It strengthens protection of personal data of EU citizens and ensures transparent operation of data controllers.
You may at any time request information about what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, who has access, and how long it is stored.
You may request a copy of personal data we hold about you, in machine-readable format.
If data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request its correction.
In certain cases you may request deletion of your data — e.g. when you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis, or when the purpose of processing has ceased.
Note: certain data may be retained after account deletion due to legal retention obligations (e.g. invoicing data), for the mandatory period.
You may request that processing of your data be temporarily limited — for example while a complaint is being investigated.
You may request that data we hold about you be provided in a structured, machine-readable format, or transferred to another controller.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will examine the objection, and unless there is a compelling legitimate ground, we will cease the relevant processing.
DIGILOGIC currently does not apply automated decision-making that produces legal effects on the user.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — withdrawal takes effect for future processing.
You may submit your request in writing (by email or post):
We will respond substantively within 30 days of receipt. In justified cases — particularly when the request is complex or a large number of requests are received — this deadline may be extended by up to 60 additional days, of which you will be informed.
If a data breach occurs that poses a high risk to you, we will inform you without undue delay — about the nature of the risk and the measures taken.
The breach will be reported to NAIH within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
You may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
