A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (in your browser) by the website you visit. Cookies may store preferences, login identifiers, security tokens, or other information required for website functionality or to improve the user experience.

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies (cannot be disabled)

These cookies are essential for the operation of the Service. They may be used without consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

3.2 Functional cookies (optional)

These cookies are used to improve the user experience — they require consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Currently the system uses only strictly necessary cookies. If analytics, marketing, or third-party cookies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and separate consent will be requested.

3.3 Analytics and marketing cookies

We currently do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking cookies. Should this change, users will be notified in advance and consent will be requested.

4. How to manage cookies

4.1 In DIGILOGIC

On your first visit, a cookie information banner appears where you can accept the use of strictly necessary cookies. You can withdraw this decision at any time:

You can delete the cookie_consent cookie from your browser — the banner will reappear on the next page load.
You can request deletion of your data at the privacy email — see the Privacy Policy.

4.2 In your browser

Most modern browsers allow you to configure or delete cookies:

Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Warning: if you disable strictly necessary cookies, the Service will not function properly — in particular, login will not be possible.

5. Data collected by cookies

Cookie contents in DIGILOGIC:

Non-personally identifiable data: the session cookie is a random identifier linked to a server-side session. By itself it does not contain personal data.
Login-related data: after login, the session references the user ID, but reading this requires server access — the raw cookie contains no readable personal data in the browser.

6. Modification of this policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time — e.g. when introducing new cookies or due to legal changes. The modified policy becomes effective upon publication on the Service interface. In case of significant changes, the cookie banner will reappear to request new consent.
