Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of the DIGILOGIC service (hereinafter: Service) between the Service Provider and the User.

By using the Service, the User explicitly accepts the provisions of these Terms.

2. Service Provider details

3. Definitions

User: the natural or legal person who registers for and uses the Service.
Account: the identifier created by the User, containing personal data and Service-related settings.
Content: any data, information, or document uploaded or created by the User within the Service.

4. Description of the Service

DIGILOGIC is an online platform that allows Users to [specific service description to be filled in]. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, extend, or restrict the Service's functionality at any time.

5. Registration and user account

Full use of the Service requires registration. The User must provide true and accurate data during registration. The User is obligated to keep their account credentials (password, two-factor authentication) confidential, and is responsible for all activity originating from their account.

6. User obligations

The User undertakes to:

use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws and intended purpose;
not violate the rights of third parties (copyright, personality, data protection);
not upload viruses, malicious or offensive content;
not attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or internal systems of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous and secure availability of the Service, but accepts no liability for damages resulting from temporary or permanent outages, errors, or third-party events.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (source code, design, logos, texts) are the intellectual property of the Service Provider or third parties under contract (e.g. MICKEY LAKE DEVELOPER TEAM). Use, copying, or distribution of these elements without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Data processing

Detailed rules on personal data processing are set out in the separate Privacy Policy and GDPR notice.

10. Modification, discontinuation of the Service

The Service Provider may modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, with prior notice. Users will be informed via the Service interface or by email.

11. Modification of these Terms

The Service Provider may unilaterally modify these Terms. The modified Terms become effective upon publication on the Service interface. The User must review and accept the modified Terms upon their next login.

12. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties seek to resolve disputes primarily through amicable means; if unsuccessful, the court of jurisdiction at the Service Provider's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
